Howling @ the Horror October 2015 - Day 12 - A Very (Very) Quiet Day
Back to Day 11
Over the last three nights we have stopped in three different places, spent three nights at Halloween events, done two special meals and had one massive behind the scenes tour... So today was going to be quiet... very quiet. We were up about 8am, had our free breakfast before hitting the road. We were home before 10am and I resisted the urge to hop into the pool because I didn't think I would get out. So what to do today? We decided on Shopping and as we had already done some Shopping Malls, I voted for Disney Springs and Premium Outlets at the 535. But first we had to do an annual trip to the Walmart on the 535. This was the first hypermarket we visited on our first visit and it was here we saw the shuttle go up. Mr Wobble said at the time that he may be persuaded to enjoy Orlando (then he discovered the Halloween events and now I can't keep him away). We enjoyed our walk around and picked up some tshirts and golf shirts and some sweets and goodies to take back to our friends at home. We then headed to Premium Outlets for some Sketcher, shopping. After our last shopping trip, this was much more sucessful. So all we had left was to buy was Mr W's hat and we didn't hold out much hope... So to take our minds off it we headed to Disney Springs. Now, we havn't been to Disney Springs/ Downtown Disney since 2013. We knew there had been a lot of work, we weren't expecting just how much. I can't wait until its finished but it was packed and the way they were moving the crowds felt we wer in a maze... It has changed so much and now has a Hat Shop... Mr W went in just in case and 15 minutes had found THE HAT - a 3-4 year search was over, and I am NEVER EVER going to let him forget he got THE HAT in Disney... Here are some pictures of THE HAT. It is still referred to as THE HAT. After that we headed around to the Marketplace to pick up some Christmas presents and stocking filers and to have a look at the Lego Store. After dropping everything off at the Villa, we opted for our all time favourite place to eat on the 192 - Logan's Roadhouse. The food was as good as ever (sorry no Pictures :-( but I had a Sirloin and Mr W had Prime Rib and we shared wings as a starter). Once we had eaten, we headed over to Old Town for a walk around. The walk from Logan's is not too far and there are lights on the 192, its a great way to walk off a good meal. We saw all the big rides in action and confirmed to each other that there is no way we would do any of them - EVER They are also making more of Halloween too, they had dance troops and lots of decorations. This made for a good atmostphere. We decided to head back for an early night, which I was very much in need of! Days Spends 4 pairs of sketcher trainers and 1 pair of sketcher flipflops - 185.50 THE HAT - 90.00 Dinner in Logans - 66.00 Disney Stocking Filers and Christmas Presents (mainly Doc McStuffin for our neice!) - 48.00 Ice Cream Snacks and Drinks in Disney Springs - 15 Tshirts and Snacks in Walmart - 24.32 Total Daily Spend - 430.82 Running Total - 1,882.69 Average Daily Spend - 151.83 On to Day 13

More shopping pictures required! The bags just aren't enough
Have you ever done Disney or has it always been something you've missed out? |

Curse of the unplanned Trippie - Not enough food or shopping photos :-)
We have done Disney in the past, but Mr W is not really a fan. Universal is nice compromise, partly because Mr W would go each year and I can get him to pose with Minions :-) He is happy because he can set Zombies on to me...
