awww man! We are booked at the Midtown one, as it's close to our hotel for our first night dining/TOTR! Defo need to visit Dylan's though, your cocktails there looked AMAZING!

We just discovered this place the other day, but it has already made such an impression that it's now on our MUST DO list, and Stuart has even discussed it with his parents - haha!

But check this out...



That's right! That's a burger with a KRISPY KREME donut, instead of a bread bun!
Not sure if we'll go for that exact burger, infact, we probably won't! But the other menu items look equally good! AND CHECK OUT THE BOOZY MILKSHAKES!

Bananas John Foster - Vanilla ice cream, sailor jerry rum, banana liqueur, fresh banana, maple syrup & whipped cream.
Birthday Cake Shake - It's your birthday! Vanilla ice cream, pinnacle cake vodka, blended real birthday cake, whipped cream, topped with birthday cake cupcake and a candle!

The Franklin Fountain
MMMMM SO EXCITED FOR SOME ICE CREAM FROM HERE!



Our plan is to visit here probably fairly early on our full day for some ice cream treats like the Mount Vesuvius! (see below)



The Cheesecake Factory
Our plan on our full day afternoon/evening is to head to King Of Prussia Mall - "The largest shopping mall in the United States of America in terms of leasable retail space." And among other restaurants, there is a CHEESECAKE FACTORY! This isn't a defo, as we can always go later in the holiday, but it is definitely a shout.

Their food is delicious...


And let's not even get started on the main event...


It will be an early start for us to Washington D.C. the following day, so not sure we will have much time for many drinks/other eateries in Philly, but i wouldn't mind at least attempting to partake in a philly cheesesteak before we go!



Oh! Almost forgot!

We've also booked a table at Ela for drinks only on the night we arrive.

This bar looks lovely...



AND has a cocktail menu with a list of drinks named after Taking Back Sunday songs! For any pop-punk fans out there, like us, this is DEFO a must do for this reason alone!

Our time is obviously fairly limited in most of the destinations on our road trip, but I defo think we'll manage all of the above, and fingers crossed... a few cocktails more!

Philly food options look great. We went to a place in Orlando last year that sells a Krispy Kreme burger. DH had it and said it was 'different'. It had a whole KK for the top of the bun and another whole one for the bottom. It was a HUGE burger.

The Franklin Fountain sounds familiar - was that on Man v Food before?

JEEZO! That burgers sounds a bit scary! I must admit the idea of a donut burger doesn't particularly appeal to me, but their other menu items look good, mac and cheese burger, spaghetti burger etc! I'm sure we'll find something

A little update...

We didn't manage to get Cronuts ordered

I had a doctors appointment and Stuart tried his best with a work colleague, but they sold out in literally 5 minutes!

They barely even managed to get on the website, without it timing out!

But oh well, it's not like we don't have a million other tasty treats to look forward to!

Aww that is annoying but I'm sure you will make up for it with lots of other yummy foods
