Sorry it's taken me soooo long! But onto Day 2!

We started the day off early, and in the exact way that all mornings should start...





EATING LEFTOVER TONY DI NAPOLIS!

If you can believe it, the chicken parmigiana tasted better cold the next day than it did the night before!

We finished the whole thing, and yes it was amazing!

But it was then onto our real breakfast!

We walked down through Times Square to the Evergreen Diner/Bar and Restaurant. This was a cute little restaurant, fairly busy with good service.

Stuart has Blueberry Pancakes, and I had Strawberry.





Washed down with a coffee and an iced tea.

We then decided to go for a stroll, past the NBC store at Rockefeller to enquire about our Seth Meyers tickets for that night. We were informed that we should call after noon to check our tickets were OK, and then come back around 3... i think!

We then decided to just keep walking, nipping into shops and stopping for selfies along the way...



We ended up at Grand Central, where I photographed Stuart as he photographed, before heading to the food court level and stopping for a coffee and a snapple (my fav!)







We then decided we fancied seeing the Wall Street area, so we bought some Subway cards (Stuart would lose his around 30minutes later and need a new one! ) and headed to Wall Street...











We then decided to head close to Madison Square Park to find a pet shop that Stuart and his family had visited previously called Trixie and Peanut. We searched. We walked. We wandered. We hunted. To no avail.

It would appear the shop was now closed.

So, a quick selfie and then we went to the closest place we could find for lunch, which happenned to be Schnipper's!

Lunch was delish and we would defo recommend Schnipper's. We saw a couple around NYC, and we would defo go again.

We shared a club sandwich and some chicken tenders (a fav of ours!).



We were cautious that we had to be at NBC Studios in plenty time, so we headed back to our hotel, got changed and then headed to NBC. There was a little problem with the name on our reservation - due to my non-american, very-scottish accent, but we got in, we got our wristbands, and grabbed some drinks before the show.

We went to Del Frisco's Grille at Rockefeller Centre, and had some White Sangrias. These were AMAZING - and we've since tried to recreate these at home!



Then onto Late Night with Seth Meyers... selfie first though...





The show was AMAZING, and I would recommed a show taping to ANYONE visit NYC!



The guests on our show were Mike Myers, Shep Gordon and Whitney Cummings, and the live music was from Tove Lo. We loved the show taping and would LOVE the chance to do this again.

We then headed over to Chelsea/Meatpacking District for our dinner reservation at STK.
This area looked lovely, and I'd love to have the chance to explore it more.

STK was fab. And we saw Stuart's new car outside!



We started with drinks at the bar...



Then onto our table, where we received brilliant service and started off with the most delicious bread and dipping sauce.









We both had the fillet steak, and shared mac & cheese and parmesan truffle fries.











The restaurant was lovely, the atmosphere and service was amazing and we really, really enjoyed this meal.

We finished off our glasses of wine (fizzy rose for me, and red for Stuart), took one last photo of the restaurant then headed home for the night on the Subway...





And that was us! Day 2 done!

Another great day... still loving the selfies, I think we may have to do a few when we go lol. The food looked amazing! Look forward to day 3...

Oh my goodness, it is so weird seeing your pictures and knowing we were in many of the same places at varying times throughout the day. We went up the ESB that morning and had breakfast at the Tick Tock Diner, which was delicious.

Loving your selfies, we took a lot of selfies too.

Another fab day, but i can't imagine any other kind in NYC. Kudos on Tonys for breakfast, thats nice going.
