This was a first for us. We heard lots of good reports about so thought we'd give it a try. I wanted something at the Magic Kingdom as this was where we're going to be for the evening for Evie's birthday after our day at Typhoon Lagoon.

We checked in about 15 minutes early and were called to our table dead on our adr time. It was pretty busy in the waiting area but I have heard this before.

Our server was soon with us and explained how it all worked and took our drink orders. She was very good throughout the meal.

For anyone that doesn't know this an all you can eat buffet served family style. I.e. Platters of food are brought your table. It's a set menu and you can ask for more of anything.

First rolls and salad were brought out which really nice and fresh.

Then the rest of the meal followed. It was mash potatoes.

Sweet corn.

Mac and cheese.

Then the main platter of meat. Pot roast, turkey, pork roast and herb stuffing.

This was all lovely and a welcome change from the other things we'd eaten. The pot roast was the most popular amongst us. We stuffed ourselves.

Once we'd had enough it was on to dessert. Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake. This was Vanilla Cake with Gooey Toffee Filling, Caramel Sauce, and Vanilla Ice Cream. Very nice but quite filling and rich.

Evie was given a birthday cake as well.

Overall an excellent meal that I'd recommend.

3 adult and 1 child t/s credit used.
LTT looks like it may just have made my to do list, especially that dessert

We really enjoyed it. It was different from most other meals.

I think they look better than they taste though. The Coke one was better. I have something called the American Dream later. That's a slushie!

Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House

Back to our old favourite. Our third time here and it always delivers.

We had an 8.10am breakfast adr so we were pretty much straight in. We got a table pretty close to the buffet and our server gave us some jungle juice straight away, she also advised us that we would have time to go to the buffet before any characters came round. Rude not to so off we went.

Again apologies as buffets are hard to photo.

They have the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, Mickey waffles etc that you find at all breakfast buffets but also has the sausage patties which we love and tata tots! It also has carved ham which is lovely. The have lots of African dishes. Plenty of lovely pastries as well. The donut holes were lovely.

I totally stuffed myself. All the characters came round. Donald, Goofy, Daisy and Mickey. I made sure I got a picture of Mickey with the girls here again. I've got 3 of these now and I'm going to get a big picture made to put on the wall of the girls through the ages at Donald's Safari Breakfast.

The girls got signed birthday cards and cakes as well.

Easily our favourite character meal. Never lets me down.

4 t/s used.

Dino Bites Snacks at Animal Kingdom.

Another old favourite.

It was pretty hot so we grabbed a snack each.

Evie had worms in dirt which she enjoyed.

I had another epic ice cream cookie sandwich. Cookies and cream ice cream.

Kelly had an ice cream sundae which really nice.

Lily was being a bit grumpy and didn't want anything. Once we ordered and got ours she of course wanted something. She chose a churro. They kindly gave this no charge. This happened last time as well!

3 snack credits used. Lovely.

Tusker house breakfast is excellent. Wish it wasn't so pricey if you are OOP. The ice cream sandwich looks AMAZING! Thanks for sharing!
