Wow, some lovely looking meals! Thanks for taking the time to do this, I'm determined to eat more often at city walk this year and I've added a couple of these restaurants to my short list

We thought the choice of places at citywalk was great!
Lots of places to eat. We would have liked to try more but didn't have enough days.

Thanks for reading along! I'm abit behind now but finding it difficult to catch up!

Mobile Royal Pacific - Jakes

Jakes - Bar

Due to the room not being ready when we arrived we were given vouchers for a free wine or beer each at the hotel bar.

I had a White Zinfandel and Chris had a highstepper.

The Zinfandel was lovely.
We ordered another round after.
The first ones were free and I think the second round came to $16.

Mobile Super Target

Super Target

We moved to the villa Wednesday pm so headed to the nearest supermarket to stock up.

I think we spent about an hour in Target and I want to go back to look at the makeup.

We spent $108.
Could have easily spent twice that in there.

Here's some of the important stuff:

Mobile China King - Takeaway

China King take-away

After unpacking our target shopping we decided to order a takeaway. Chris used something on his phone so I assume it was similar to just eat.

We ordered special lo mein, egg fried rice, general tso chicken, beef in black bean and honey wings.

I loved the little boxes with handles.

Chris really enjoyed the wings, the sauce was very sweet.

With tax and delivery it was $43. We had leftovers that we put in the fridge - we always tend to eat leftover Chinese for breakfast - classy people!

Mobile Thursday 15th June '17 - Sleepy Hollow

Sleepy Hollow

We became hungry at 10:30.
Probably because we didn't have much breakfast and what we did have we ate at 7am.

I ordered the fruit and nutella waffle and Chris had the spicy chicken one. We also ordered an iced coffee to share.

These were so so good. I'm glad we ordered one savoury and one sweet so we could share. We hoovered these up. Would definitely recommend.

I really must get one of those Nutella waffles next time we go - all that fruit makes it guilt free, right?

😂 Exactly! Chris was like oh wow that's a lot of Nutella! I said well look at all the fruit!

I took the same stance when I bought one of those chocolate covered apples 🍎.

Mobile Aloha Isle

Aloha Isle

We decided to stop and share a dole whip after going on the tiki room.

So refreshing! We both liked it a lot - wish we had gotten one each but we've been sharing snacks/drinks so we can try more.

There is nothing wrong with leftover Chinese for breakfast. I've been known to partake myself
