Kusafiri Bakery Animal Kingdom



Our final morning. We were at Animal Kingdom and after a Safari we had a quick breakfast using snack credits from the location located in Africa near the Safari. There were a few seats but not many.

The girls both had chocolate croissants. These were really good.



Kelly had an apple danish. Again very nice.



I had an elephant ear pastry. Looked dry but was really nice.



4 excellent snack credits.

We loved the elephant ears at AK!

Such a shame about O'hana! Totally understand why you don't want to book it again!

An elephant ear pastry is definitely on my list for next time

Thanks for reading Kelly had one somewhere else that wasnt as good.

So time for our final adr. This was supposed to be Chef Mickey's but we decided the day before that we'd done enough buffets! We also had fastpasses for Flight Of Passage at Animal Kingdom so we really wanted to ride it again before we left. We had a t/s credit left so decided on lunch at Rainforest Cafe at AK as we were there. I felt sad that we hadn't had an adr at Rainforest as it's been a bit of a tradition for us to go so was pleased we'd be doing this.



This was a first for us at Animal Kingdom as we'd only eaten at the Disney Springs one. I think I preferred this one. Less manic! There were a few people about inside. We hadn't booked but I used the trusty Landry Card and we were seated instantly which was cool.

Our server was soon with us and was pretty good throughout the meal.


Lily went for the Hot Dog. Traditional favourite served with choice of side and drink. She enjoyed this.

Evie had an adult meal and chose the Jungle Turkey Wrap. Shaved turkey breast, tomatoes, bacon, lettuce, Caesar dressing, tortilla. She liked this but it was too much for her.



Kelly went for Fish-n-Chips. Served English-style with Coleslaw and Safari Fries. She really liked this and pleased she went for it after being unsure.



I went for the The Beastly Burger. Two patties, lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheese, topped with a fried onion ring. This was really good and I ate the lot.



For desserts I was disappointed the diablo chocolate was no longer on the menu as it was great. We couldn't handle the Volcano!

Me and Evie both had the Tribal Cheesecake. Our traditional cheesecake served with creamy whipped topping and topped with raspberry sauce. This was good.



Kelly went for the Key Lime Pie which again was good.



Lily went for Lava Mud. Creamy chocolate pudding with crushed Oreo® cookies and gummy worms. What's not to like!



Overall not a bad meal to finish our table service credits. Definitely not as busy or loud as the Disney Springs one.

3 adult t/s used and 1 child t/s used.

Leftover snack medley.

To be fair we didn't actually have many snack credits left. We only had four which I was surprised about. We did have 4 quick service credits left though so we swapped them for snacks. We didn't have much time to do anything that great with what was left so no surprise it was Goofy Candy!



Most of these no doubt will not be eaten! The hot cinnamon ones(I forget the name) are awesome.

Don't think we did too bad with the snacks though. I thought we'd have loads left.
