Maybe I might win the lottery and be able to buy a big house with a huge porch :P
A girl can dream. tell me about it, my list was huge! Didn't make it through everything I wanted to try. There's always next time. It was such good value and we were full until our evening meal! Thanks for reading |

Be Our Guest
Be our Guest
We had a 6:30 reservation but had to wait for 10-15 mins. We were seated at the back of the ballroom. The detail in here is stunning - just like the films. Even Chris was impressed. We ordered a bottle of the Enchantee Rose ($39) This came with a little card as it's made especially for Disney. The bread came out quickly. We both Ordered the Steak ($35.00) - we always order steak rare and this was cooked perfectly. So so good - we had read some mixed reviews about the food and were abit worried but thankfully everything was wonderful. We shared desert. The Grey Stuff ($5) - I think they have changed this as I have seen photos where it looked different. This almost reminded me of an oreo cheesecake type thing. It was quite nice. Think we were abit full from the steal though. We went for a wander around the other rooms and had our photo with the beast - the queue for this was quite long to be honest. It was 8:25 when we got out and we had to go on a mission to find a spot for the fireworks. We really enjoyed Be our Guest - it's quite expensive but the decor is spectacular so I'm glad we went for the experience. |

The steak at Be Our Guest was one of my favourites from our last trip (I ate a LOT of steak) so glad to hear it's still good! That's a lovely photo of you both with the big fella!

Morimoto Asia
Morimoto Asia
We had a chilled morning in the villa by the pool and headed to Disney Springs in the afternoon for some shopping and to the cinema. We had made a reservation for 7pm on Open Table for Morimoto Asia. The inside is very lovely - liked the huge long chandelier lights. ^ I think this was a Tom Yam Siam. And Chris had the Bourbon Green Tea. Cocktails are around $12-14. I ordered Orange Chicken for my main. It was lovely, really nice quality. Reminded me of sweet and sour chicken but not quite as sweet. I also ordered some brown rice to go with. We also had the Morimoto "Buri-Bop" which is korean style yellowtail rice bowl, served in a hot clay pot, finished with egg yolk, prepared tableside. This was out dish and the Chef preparing was really chatty and explained everything to us. The fish was delicious - I'm not a huge seafood fan either so that's high praise coming from me. Bill was around $90 + tax + tip. Signature style pricing but we felt the food + atmosphere reflected that.

All these updates look so good. Loving the drinks in Epcot!
Did you start using the Dibb upload, or something else after Photobucket changed their rules?

Backlot Express
Backlot Express
A Star Wars themed lunch. Consisting of the Royal Guard Burger and Chicken and Waffles. I really love the Disney chicken nuggets/strips. I drowned the waffles in syrup. Chris enjoyed his burger too. I had a cherry slush to drink. Chris had this: He loved it. Not a cheap lunch but we enjoyed it and the BB8 cup has been used lots since. |
