'Ohana - The Polynesian

We have previously been here for breakfast twice and have had a 50/50 experience. First time loved it, second time not so much. Reading reviews and talking to friends, dinner also has split reviews but we decided to give it a go.

Arrived, checked in and waited for approx 15minutes. Lovely table near the window. We could see the castle.

First time my birthday has been mentioned on any of our ADR's. More to come as I wish it hadn't!

Pineapple bread and butter. Could've kept eating this.

Followed by the salad.

Then came all of this. Will update later the full description.

Food was really yummy and service great through out. We particularly enjoyed the noodles, pot stickers (pork dumplings) shrimp and the steak. The latter were brought to our tables to us on skewers. We couldn't finish it all.

Then dessert. This photo doesn't do it justice to how big this was. Mr P was in banana bread pudding with caramel sauce heaven!

Had this guy singing whilst we were eating.

Then he requested all the people celebrating birthdays get up and join him. My nearest and dearest protested a little too much whilst I was trying to sit quietly in my chair, whilst feeling mortified! Ended up with a lei round my neck whilst he and the restaurant sang happy birthday to a group of us! I didn't realised they did that.

O'hana means family and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. We certainly didn't. Quality family time, soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying our last Disney dinner together.

We are checking out of Sarstoga Springs soon. Then heading to Disney Springs to use up our last counter/snack credits! Sad to be leaving, but looking forward to the next part of our holiday.

Enjoy the beach!

Always had excellent dinners at Ohanas (3 visits), our veggie gets great treatment there too (he asked if he was too old to be adopted this time!).

Is the best banana bread pudding we have had...Tip, you can take some home (prob too late...Sorry!)

Having problems with wifi & uploading photos. Will do my best.

Wolgang Puck Express - Disney Springs

Another firm family favourite. Next to the Christmas shop. Counter service x4 used. Feels more like a table service as they bring the food to you. Portions are always massive and easy to share. Food was lovely and fresh but unable to finish it. We all had orange juice.

French toast. Really enjoyed this. Wondered if the cornflakes would be hard but they weren't.

Chocolate Chip Waffle.

Breakfast pizza. Massive. Size of a family pizza.

Bacon & Cheddar Omelette.

A lovely last breakfast in our Disney bubble.

Having problems with wifi & uploading photos. Will try my best.

Coca Cola Roof Top Bar - Disney Springs

We headed here purely because there was a rocket launch planned from Kennedy Space Centre and hoped we would capture a glimpse (we did of the vapour trail & the part coming back to Earth). Whilst waiting we purchased 4 refill cups for $12. You can have five refills within one hour per person. It was very pleasant sitting and chilling.

We tried a variety of different drinks, fizzy and still, the usual you get from freestyle machines. They had more things on the menu but didn't pay much attention. They do sell Beverley! 😁

Goofy's Candy Co

Our final Disney stop. We had 3 counter services left, which we converted into 3 snacks per counter service. We also had 6 snack credits also left so 15 in total.

All of the below are one snack credit each. Some for us and some for presents for friends/family.

Girls decided to use one snack credit each on creating their own treat.

They filled this out.

Then watched it being made.

End products.

Giant Mickey cookie.

Minnie inspired marshmallow pop.

Coconut Patties. My favourite.

Mickey Pretzels. Had enjoyed these in the Spa.

Nature Trail Mix

Sweets

Cookies

Never walked out of there carrying such a heavy bag!

DDP complete. All credits used up.

So that's it from the Pumba's at Disney.

Next stop St Pete beach then Cape Coral...

Hi everyone, Mr P here, we're struggling with patchy internet at our hotel in St Pete so may not be able to update/reply until we arrive in Cape Coral and have a more stable connection - sorry.

Mr P. Glad you arrived safely, well done. Excellent work by the pair of you with Mrs P doing the photos and you doing the responses - what a team effort!
Enjoy your chill out time.
