We arrived back on Saturday morning after an AMAZING trip so I thought I'd get the ball rolling on my trip report! There is also a food report in progress here, which I'll probably finish before I actually start this properly, but I wanted to get a highs and lows post up



The Cast

Me, Helen - 35 - My 6th visit to WDW. Lover of cocktails, Baymax, peanut butter-based treats and Haunted Mansion. I'm the planner, organiser, driver and travel-document holder

My husband, Ainge - 33 - 3rd visit to WDW. Lover of all chocolate, beer, meat, sleep and turning up to holidays that I've planned without any clue as to what we're actually doing

We flew with Virgin from Manchester to Orlando, stayed at Yacht Club for 12 nights, with the dining plan, and then embarked on a 4 night Bahamian cruise on the Disney Dream. We opted not to go to Universal on this trip, although we did squeeze in a cheeky visit to Halloween Horror Nights

For more details, and insight in to the reason behind the title, my pre-trippy is here! But, in short, until the day before we actually left there seemed to be obstacle after obstacle in our way and I wasn't actually convinced we were ever going to get to Florida. It wasn't even all Irma's fault.

Ooh this is exciting

I'm wondering if day 1 will be like the long-awaited Pandora and live up to the hype and expectation or like the ROL much delayed and we get the Jungle Book understudy...just a little insight into the inner workings of my mind!
