They are at a stand really close to cafe La Bamba. They might have been at the bit between toon lagoon and marvel superhero island in IOA as well. I didn’t notice but bought pizza ones there.

Voodoo Donuts - again again

After our mini golf Voodoo Donuts was quiet again so we thought we’d get a snack and pick up breakfast.


We got the following
Universal orange cream
Cinnamon cake
Glazed old fashioned
Chocolate old fashioned
Apple Crisp.


There has been some debate over what the apple crisp looks likes - indeed it’s not the most appealing to look at but it was lovely.

So now you need to eat there and give us the definitive ranking. You know it makes sense R

The doughnuts have certainly been a hit. Not sure the new advertising poster would work for everyone!

Voodoo donuts seems such good value! I can't wait to try it.

Just caught up with this. We have booked a Universal hotel stay for the first time next year so this is really helpful

We never made it to voodoo. Definitely on the list for next time.

Snacks in the park

So our last day at Universal was pretty chilled as we’d done nearly everything we wanted when we had express pass.

Donuts in the room followed by snacks in the park. Refilling the mugs again as we found these to be great value. Df and ds had pizza pretzels, we’d had these on our water rides day of the holiday and they were so good.


I had a jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel. It was really good but I’m shocked to say that I think the pizza ones are actually better.


It was $21 for the 3 pretzels.

Breadbox

We were pretty hungry when we left the park so we headed to Bread Box.

We ordered the hot turkey melt without tomato with tater tots.
Delicious! This was the best one.


We also ordered the Pastrami melt with fries which was also really good.


Such good value and a nice place.

Red Pizza Oven

After we left the parks for the night we headed to citywalk and decided on Red Pizza Oven.

As a side mention we waited 35 minutes for our food after ordering I don’t know if this is normal or not but if I’d thought it would be this long I’d have gone elsewhere. Especially as we ended up not eating till 11.40pm.

We ordered the pepperoni pizza which was delicious.


We also ordered the white ripini pizza which was nice but not as good.


Great value but a long wait so late into the evening.
