Breakfast this morning was taken in the Caribbean Beach resort food court called Centertown Market. It was not very busy as I was quite early, the staff are all very nice and it has a great look and feel to it.

I felt quite virtuous opting for the avocado toast breakfast. After ordering I went to fill up my refillable mug and then took a seat waiting for my bleeper thing to go off. It either went off very quietly and I missed it or they just decided to bring my food over as a few minutes later my breakfast was in front of me.





This was a delicious and quite unusual breakfast, I have never had orange segments on toast before! The other items are cured tomatoes, pickled onions, radish and there is something called “miso sriracha mayonnaise” spread on the toast.

I would definitely have this again, as you can see from my final plate it was a hit other than that last bit of radish which I didn’t fancy. I am now chilling out for a bit with a cup of tea and will be heading to Disney Springs and the Port of resorts afterwards.

They’ve certainly upped their game on the food front at CBR compared to 4 years ago when we were there...the tacos and the breakfast both look lovely.

It’s a pity you’re so far out in Trinidad but it is handy to have Spyglass Grill so close by, I really wanted to try those tacos last year.
