It was. I love it there so much.

Yes the beach bars were samey and as I don’t like fish slightly limited for me !

Very refreshing. Apparently the pineapple chunks had been soaked in vodka for a week. I can confirm after one bite that this is the case

Tropical chicken pitta pocket for me



This was really very nice. I wanted to avoid anything too salty before the flight home. Very fresh.

Well, at least it wasn’t the Hi Fly horror on the return leg

Andy opted for beef which he said was ok .



I had the chicken. Also Just about ok although I think a square of chocolate for dessert is feeble.



Breakfast was a turkey (or maybe ham , I couldn’t tell ) and cheese roll. Looked like a child had done the cling film wrapping . And cake.

Because of course that’s what we eat at breakfast time ...



What is it with airline breakfasts ... who dreams up these meal choices ?

And that’s us done. Weigh in on Monday.

The food was good. We didn’t get a single bad meal anywhere. Some were outstanding, most were good, a couple just average.

The cocktails were great.

My biggest disappointment was the lack of decent dessert which seemed to be variations of cheesecake, key lime pie, brownie, ice cream, apple/pumpkin/pecan pie and not a whole lot else. Menus that were pages long would have maybe two or three dessert choices and not much wow factor

That chicken pitta at Frenchys looks refreshingly good.
As for the plane food, well not much to say there. I remember once quite a few years ago now (sigh) that we got cornflakes for breakfast! Obviously they were that good the memory had stuck with me! See how simple it is.
